You are complete as you are. Your inner being, your higher self, your soul, it knows this. It’s not that it’s not already there, it’s not that you aren’t already perfectly you.

It’s that we’ve all been conditioned our whole lives to to believe something someone else told us to believe. And often those beliefs that they someone gave to us, they were given to them from someone in their life. These are not beliefs that need to be true in our life anymore.

It isn’t that you aren’t already perfect. I am not here to help fix anyone. We are each already exactly who we are supposed to be. But we have been wrapped and entangled in the conditioning of society and our upbringing so long that we can’t even recognize any more our own truth that lies beneath.

This is where the UNRAVELING begins.

And this is something that we do in depth with my one on one clients over 3-6 months of working together and we will unpack this in a future group program too. It’s an important part of any process of expanding.
