I want to share stories of my own Unraveling, but instead of starting at the beginning, I feel called to start with what feels like a really pivotal point in my journey. It began with me desperately wanting to be a mom. I was in my mid thirties &a What if there is a something that you can begin to do that will immediately empower you & change how you feel not only about the world around you, but more importantly about yourself. Pay attention to every time you feel like something you don& You have been taught to trust others over yourself, and then this is from where you live, make decisions, judge yourself and others. What if you could learn to trust yourself? What if you could remember that you actually have all the answers with You are beautiful beyond measure. People only have the power over you that you give them. ------------------------------------------ I'm not going to share more about this just yet. I feel called to leave the deciphering and making meaning of this to each of you to do for yourselves When you come to me and you are reacting to that shitty thing that your sister’s husband said to you in a way that sets you off, makes you pissy, has you not wanting to be around them, and has you feeling like there is this bubbling gooey annoy This title is funny, it made me laugh when I saw it in my notes, but then I read the post I had written and thought, share that baby. Here is is: Let me tell you I know this one inside and out, from experience. this was me whining: “If I jus It's happening. I had this specific vision a couple of years ago. It wasn't a thought, it was actually something I saw in my minds eye during a somatic healing practice. And I knew I was meant to be a part of this awakening. This rising of women. Dearest Shelley, You have no idea what’s about to come. No idea the Unraveling that’s about to happen, the journey you about to go on, the ego & identity deaths you are going to have. No idea that even as it will often times feel so We make this choice everyday, all day, in the little moments when our kids do something that hits a nerve & in the big decisions like, creating or not creating something in our business, being open and honest in a relationship. Love or fear. I was challenged to speak about a cringy mistake I’ve made in my business, & I couldn’t think of any. Not because I’m perfect or do it all right. But because I hadn’t been letting myself make any mistakes! (hiding my fac As I sit & watch the kids at my son’s school play, out in nature, where they have so much freedom, the joy on their faces, in their movements, it’s palpable. I hear teachers talk to them with love & respect, even when they have do What we all really want is to feel like what we’re doing is aligned with our soul. That deep resonance of “Yes, this is the life for me.” We might not all have words for it, but this is what we’re all really seeking.
