I'm back from my wedding and just getting into the swing of things again.  I have so many things to post, and yes, my own wedding is one of them.  It was more perfect than I ever could have hoped for, but I'll leave the details til that post. Today's post is about William.   He turned one this summer and we finally got some one year shots of him.  There were so many that I loved I really had a hard time picking which ones to blog, so you are going to see quite a few here.  Once you see him, I think that you will understand.

If you look at the two frames below, you will see in the first one that William is kinda smiling and you can see Murphy's nose peeking in the left side of the frame.  The second frame was taken exactly 9 seconds later.  Right after Murphy grabbed the 1/2 bagel out of Williams hand.  Look at that look on Williams face, he's not quite sure what to make of it!  Is it wrong to smile so much at my own photos? :)

I love this series of photos.  If you look at Lucy's face in the first one, she's a little unsure.  By the third frame, she's smiling!  Love it!

The photo below of William dancing makes me laugh EVERY time I look at it!  EVERY TIME!

William's first birthday was June 25th.  While moving the images from my compact flash cards to my computer, I couldn't help myself from jumping ahead of the things I need to do and editing a few of these.  His smile and laugh are so infectious, even in his pictures.  Even though he couldn't quite put the sentence together to tell us yet, I think it's safe to assume he like his cake.  :)

Something is seriously up with...well something on my computer.  I'm not sure if it's the computer, my connection, my blog, Wordpress, or what, but I'm losing my mind with it!  Whatever it is that is going on, it is causing the administrative side of my blog to run so slowly that I really can not even use it most of the time.  Hopefully I will have this figured out soon, but if I miss a day or two with a post the reason is that it won't let me!  Since, who want's a post without a picture?  not me ;)...   Here's a pic of what I'm working on right now, it's another shot from the Corsiglia family session.  This one has both Aiden and Ava in it.  Cute, cute, cute!

***side note:  So far this post has gone pretty smoothly.  I'm not sure why, but maybe we're back in business!  Cross your fingers!

The day of this shoot Aiden wasn't feeling the best, he was at the end of recovering from a double ear infection.  Because of this, he wasn't all smiles that day... not that that made him any less cute as you can see...  ...that was until you put him in the swing. As you can see, he had no interest in putting his arms up, he was as happy as could be with them tucked by his sides.  I love his little face so much!  His smile is so devilish, it makes me grin.  It is so much fun to be editing (working some might call it!) and to be smiling to myself at what I see on my monitor.  It's the greatest.
